1 can of chick peas, no salt
1/3 cup tahini, hulled
1 lime, juiced
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup rocket
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp of cumin powder
1 tsp avocado oil (optional)
1 tsp sumac (optional)
Method
Place all the ingredients (apart from the avocado oil and sumac) in a processor and blitz until smooth. Serve drizzled with avocado oil and sprinkled with sumac. Serve with toasted Mountain Bread broken up into large pieces.
