  • 60g butter
  • 500g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 125g mixed fruit
  • 50g sugar
  • 250ml milk


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius
  2. Combine the first 5 ingredients to form a soft dough, then add milk and form into round scones
  3. Place on an oven tray and bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes
