- 1 small rockmelon
- 1 small honeydew melon
- ½ watermelon
- 4 teaspoons orange blossom
- 6 leaves of green basil
- 6 leaves of purple basil
- 6 leaves of mint frying
- Remove the skin from the rockmelon, honeydew and watermelon and cut in to medium sized cube shaped pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl, add the orange blossom.
- Remove the stalks from the basil and mint and cut the leaves in half. Keep some of the leaves aside for garnish.
- Add the leaves to the melons, gently mix together and arrange in 4 serving bowls. Garnish with the mint and basil leaves on top.
