- 1 cup of raw almonds
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup coconut (flakes or shredded)
- 1 apple cored and sliced
- 1 small carrot
- Handful goji berries
- Handful of cashews (or other nut of choice)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Berries to top
- Place all ingredients in processor or high speed blender and pulse until it's looks like a muesli.
- Serve with coconut or organic yoghurt and top with berries and share with your loved ones.
