Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raw almonds
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup coconut (flakes or shredded)
  • 1 apple cored and sliced
  • 1 small carrot
  • Handful goji berries
  • Handful of cashews (or other nut of choice)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Berries to top

Method

  1. Place all ingredients  in processor or high speed blender and pulse until it's looks like a muesli.
  2. Serve with coconut or organic yoghurt and top with berries and share with your loved ones.
