🌸 Our “Why” – Flower & Barrel Biggest Morning Tea 🌸

Cancer has touched the lives of many of our family and friends, and it’s something very close to our hearts. With my background as a registered nurse and now as a small business owner, I’ve seen how important early detection is, as well as the incredible role that community and organisations play in supporting those affected.

This is why we wanted to create a space where people can come together, raise awareness, and show support in a meaningful and gentle way. We truly admire the work of the Cancer Council Australia, and we’re grateful to contribute in our own small way.

Through Flower & Barrel, Luke’s Party Barrels for Hire, and Kitchen & Barrel, we love bringing people together. For this special morning, we invite you to enjoy a relaxed morning tea, create a small flower arrangement to take home, and share in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There will be delicious patisserie and nibbles, along with tea and coffee, and plenty of seating for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease.

🌸 Flower arrangement demonstration at 10:00 am

If you’d like to join the flower demonstration, we recommend arriving on time to enjoy the full experience. 

(Once flower supplies are exhausted, the flower arranging session will close, so numbers are limited—please arrive on time to avoid disappointment. Flowers are seasonal and will be selected by Flower & Barrel based on availability.)

For this event, all flower arranging materials, tea, coffee, and catering (including cakes and pastries) have been generously provided by us as a sponsorship contribution.

This means 100% of all donations go directly to Cancer Council Australia to support vital cancer research, prevention programs, and support services.

Guests are invited to enjoy the flower arranging activity and take home their floral creation 🌸
