I am celebrating my survival so far from Breast Cancer with LV1. Diagnosed in February 2023 and still going strong. My mum died in 1990 of lung cancer, so I am also celebrating her life.

This is my second year participating in Australia's Biggest Morning Tea in honour of my Mum. I love catching up with my beautiful family & friends for a cuppa & raising funds for cancer research at the same time.

My sisters & I put on a wonderful morning tea to honour our mum by using inherited teacups as a gift when people donated. Mum died from brain cancer 15yrs ago

I decided to do it a bit differently this year. I made boxes of homemade baked cakes, scones and slices to sell along with jars of homemade Quandong (aka wild peach or Urti).

Carolyn T

I sadly lost my beautiful dad 2 years ago to cancer and I cannot thank the facilities and staff at the Greenhill Lodge in Adelaide enough, being rural we would have been lost without this accommodation whilst dad had treatments for months.
