Club Merrylands is proud to host Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, bringing our community together for a wonderful morning of great food, fun, and fundraising for an incredibly important cause.
Set in our beautiful alfresco area overlooking the two bowling greens, this special event invites members and guests to relax, enjoy delicious treats, and take part in a friendly game of lawn bowls – all while helping raise funds for people impacted by cancer.
Supporting an Important Cause
Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is one of the Cancer Council’s largest and most well-known fundraising events, where communities across the country gather over a cup of tea and a bite to eat to raise money in the fight against cancer.
Funds raised from morning tea events help support life-saving cancer research, prevention programs, and vital support services for people living with cancer and their families.
With almost 1 in 2 Australians diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85, community events like this help make a real difference by funding research and providing care and support to those affected.
