Tuesday Club: Inclusive Connections Bake Sale
On Tuesday 19th May, seniors' social groupTuesday Club proudly hosted Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, bringing its community of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie seniors together for a wonderful morning of connection, delicious homemade treats, and support for a great cause.
We were delighted to welcome guest speaker Sue Russell from Cancer Council, who shared a very informative and meaningful presentation during the event.
A huge thank you also goes to our amazing volunteers Deb and Jane, whose help with the bake sale made the morning such a success.
We are proud to share that together we raised $241.20 for Cancer Council Australia, exceeding our fundraising goal of $200.
