Support my Biggest Morning Tea in honour of Emma

Emma was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer in April 2020. We spent 4 years navigating the cancer journey which included major surgeries, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrinology treatment, pain management, palliative and end-of-life care. We lost Emma in November 2024 surrounded by so much love and care.

When we think of Cancer support, it is often in the context of physical and psychological wellbeing of the patient. I can gladly say that Cancer support is more than that - family counselling, pro-bono financial and legal advice, grief preparation, complimentary therapies, transport and ongoing grief counselling. Emma and I ensured we explored everything that was available to us, our children and our families- not only to manage our way through the journey but also set myself and my kids up for our future wellbeing.

In order to give back and offer a small token of my appreciation to all that is possible for supporting others on this journey, I would love you to Join me at my Biggest Morning Tea or donate online to help me reach my fundraising goal! Together, we can help Cancer Council raise much needed funds that go towards vital cancer research, support services, prevention programs, and advocacy.
