☕ Why I’m Hosting a Biggest Morning Tea ☕
Cancer affects almost every Australian family in some way. In fact, around 2 in 5 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85, and more than 169,000 Australians are diagnosed each year.
While survival rates continue to improve with around 71% of people now surviving at least five years after diagnosis, cancer remains responsible for around 3 in every 10 deaths in Australia. Behind these numbers are real people: colleagues, friends, family members and loved ones whose lives are changed in an instant. Your donation goes towards:
- life‑saving research
- prevention and early detection programs
- support services for people living with cancer and their families
Every donation, big or small, helps make a real difference. Your contribution supports Australians at every stage of their cancer journey from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.
