Maroubra Playtime CCC - Biggest Morning Tea

Hi families 😊

We are excited to share that our centre will be taking part in Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday, 21 May 2026 ☕💛

We will be setting up a beautiful morning tea of cookies, cupcakes, and treats with the children and educators, and warmly invite all families and staff to contribute a gold coin donation to support this special cause. This event helps support people and families affected by cancer, funding vital research, support services, and prevention programs. Let’s get behind this great cause as a community 💛

To make it easy for families to be involved, we will set everything up in the foyer/hallway from 8:00am–4:00pm, so you can participate as you drop off and pick up your children. Gold coin donations will be greatly appreciated for the treats provided 🍪🧁

Our Preschool children will also be creating handmade jewellery that will be available for purchase (gold coin donations), with all proceeds going towards this important cause 🌟

We are taking part in this event because we believe in teaching children the importance of kindness, community spirit, and supporting others in need, while contributing to something that makes a real difference.
