Very happy with our first effort.

We are a small congregation in a small community. Our event was organised by our Coffee, Craft and Chat group. We were generously supported by our local businesses who donated 4 of the 5 raffle prizes. The fifth prize was donated by a craft group member whose husband makes beautiful wood products (in the this case a small cheeseboard and knives).

We had no idea how many would attend, but in the end there were between 40 and 50 people present.

With some prior donations from people who couldn’t attend the takings for the day were $730, bringing the total raised (including online donations) to $815.
