Inspiration
"Your journey is not defined by the illness, but by the courage you show each day. Even in the toughest moments, your strength shines brighter than fear. You are more than a fighter — you are a beacon of hope, inspiring others to believe that light can always break through the darkest clouds."Having experienced cancer firsthand in my personal life and watching friends that have also suffered and have lost their fight, I felt it was time to try and help change the outcomes. Working with children at the Women's and Children's Hospital was an eye opener for me, their innocence and self-belief was inspirational. Spending time with the parents after the worse possible outcome but also spending time with parents when their child had beaten it was bittersweet for me for those that were lost at such a young age. Cancer does not discriminate it can happen to anyone at any age.
I think all of us at sometimes in our life have known someone or have experienced Cancer ourselves. Now is the time to start trying to make a difference in people's lives. Please support Australia's Biggest Morning Tea.
