Terms and Conditions - Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea Dollar Match Day

  1. The Promotion

    1. Dilmah (Aust.) Pty. Ltd. ABN 83 057 782 304 (Dilmah Australia) and Cancer Council NSW ABN 51 116 463 846 (Cancer Council) have partnered up for the 2026 Dilmah Australia Dollar Match Day (the Campaign).

    2. The Campaign will start at 10:00AM AEST on 21 May 2026, and continue until the maximum amount of $50,000 AUD has been matched by Dilmah Australia, or 11:59PM AEST on 21 May 2026, whichever is earlier (Promotion Period).
  2. Matching Process

    1. Throughout the Promotion Period eligible online donations made to a participant’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea individual fundraising page will be matched dollar for dollar by Dilmah Australia, up to the value of $50,000 (Matched Donations).

    2. Matched Donations will be processed in order of time and date and will appear automatically on the registered host’s individual fundraising page.

    3. The following donations are not eligible to be matched:
      1. Donations over the value of $200 AUD;
        Donations that are made to Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea generally and not via a registered host’s individual fundraising page;
        Donations made via the host’s fundraising dashboard (either being an offline donation or banking of offline funds); or
      2. Donations made via the ‘bank your funds’ option on an individual’s fundraising page (representing the banking of cash collection which has been made).

    4. The amount of Matched Donations appearing on the participant’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea individual fundraising page at the end of the Promotion Period shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the amounts of the Matched Donations allocated to a participant during the Promotion Period.
  3. Participation

    1. Cancer Council NSW is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and is registered with the Australian Taxation Office as an income tax exempt charity. Receipts will be provided for all donations and those over $2 are tax deductible. Participants making donations should seek independent financial advice regarding any tax implications of a donation.

    2. The Campaign is run on a nationwide basis by Cancer Council NSW on behalf of Cancer Council Victoria, Cancer Council Queensland, Cancer Council South Australia, Cancer Council Western Australia, Cancer Council ACT and Cancer Council Northern Territory. All donations made (regardless of location) are eligible in the Campaign.

    3. Cancer Council NSW collects personal information about participants and donors to enable participation in the Campaign and for other marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.cancercouncil.com.au/about-us/policies/privacy/
